SA adjusts wind farm planning rules

SA has the most wind installed of any state in Australia and the State Government hopes that changes to planning surrounding collections of turbines, known as wind farms will continue investment.
By setting out more concrete conditions to construction such as two-kilometre buffer zones between turbines and dwellings, one kilometer between larger buildings and exclusion from main tourist and wine growing regions, it is hoped that capital will emerge to capitalize on the windy Roaring Forties.
