TAS Government still pushing 2nd Basslink

Tasmania's Energy Minister will use an emergency meeting of his state and territory counterparts to push the case for a second Bass Strait power interconnecter.
A feasibility study into a second cable is due to be released in January.
The meeting comes as Tasmania's dam levels return to 40.1 per cent for the first time since February 2014.
Tasmania's Energy Minister Mr Groom said, "Tasmania can be a significant player in the mainland's transition to clean energy".
